Articles of Incorporation
Articles of Incorporation is a set of formal documents filed with a government body to legally document the creation of a corporation. The documented Articles of Incorporation officially makes the Silver Creek Townhomes Association a nonprofit corporation. Below is a link to the Articles of Incorporation.
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)
The CC&Rs is the governing legal document that sets up the guidelines for the “operation” of the Silver Creek Townhomes Association. The CC&Rs are recorded by the County Recorder’s office of the County in which the property is located. CC&Rs are considered the HOA’s “Master Document.” Failure to abide by the CC&Rs may result in a fine to the homeowner by the HOA. The CC&Rs have been updated one (1) time. Bylaws
HOA bylaws are governing guidelines for the corporation – i.e., type and frequency of meetings, board members selection and office terms, nominations and elections, what is a quorum, and powers and duties.
